When and where is EASC 2027?
EASC 2027 runs from Monday 23 to Saturday 28 August 2027 at Viva College School in Jinja, Uganda.
How do we register?
Registration is online. Click "Register now" at the top of any page and follow the prompts on the registration portal.
What are the registration deadlines?
School registration closes on 26 February 2027, Early Bird registration on 2 April 2027 and Regular registration on 4 June 2027.
Where can I find the competition guidelines?
All guidelines and forms are on the Resources page, where you can preview or download each one.
How can I contact the EASC team?
Call or email us using the details on the Contact page, or send a message with the form there. We reply during working hours.
Who can attend EASC?
EASC is for schools and homeschools that use the Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.) curriculum. Like other A.C.E. student conventions, it is for students aged 13 and older.
Are all schools invited?
EASC is for schools and homeschools that follow the A.C.E. curriculum, so not every school can take part. If your school would like to know more about A.C.E. or about joining the convention, please contact the EASC team.
Can homeschool students take part?
Yes. Homeschool families using the A.C.E. curriculum can register and take part alongside schools.
What do students compete in?
Students compete in categories such as music, speech, art, athletics, academics and Christian service. Evening rallies with worship and spiritual messages encourage students in their walk with the Lord. The rules for each event are in the guidelines on the Resources page.
Does EASC lead on to the International Student Convention?
A.C.E. student conventions begin at the regional level, and the International Student Convention (ISC) is the premier A.C.E. event of the year. Please contact the EASC team for details about going on to ISC.
Is EASC held in the same place every year?
No. EASC moves around East Africa. EASC 2026 was held at Ntare Louisenlund International School in Nyamata, Rwanda, and EASC 2027 is at Viva College School in Jinja, Uganda.
