Only students who attain their 9th birthday by 31st December 2023, before UNSC, and have not attained their 12th birthday by the same date are eligible to attend. It will also be non residential.

One of the team sports included during the event is football, which involves players from different age groups and schools.
Among the entertaining team sports during the event is netball, which attracts girls from various age groups and schools.
Boys and girls compete in a variety of athletics events at the EASC, including the 100-meter sprint and the short relay.
The event encourages students’ creativity, as evidenced by the diverse creative compositions they produce, which include speeches and dances among others.
Students adore music, and the EASC exists to nurture their gifts for God’s glory and to help them develop while they are still young.
There are numerous pre-event activities and games, like site development and games like chess and checkers.
